In a world that moves at a crazy pace, we rush ahead rarely pausing to reflect on the
journey that has brought us to this moment. The Portland Sage Singers have traversed
many miles in our lives. The road travelled infuses our singing with richness and depth
and boundless joy. Looking in the Rearview Mirror of our lives, we celebrate the
decades in which Sage Singers were born: 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s! You’ll want to sing

along, of course. We’ll also bring some “sage” wisdom to the stage. Looking back, we’ll
sing songs to our younger selves and to the younger generations. While some
memories may feel distant, our musical rearview mirror will bring them back into focus.
Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.
